I am the Internet Policy consultant at the e-Commerce Institute (the Latin American Institute of eCommerce), a network of e-Commerce Chambers from many countries in Latin America. In that capacity I joined the Business Constituency at ICANN in 2011 and in 2013-15 I was elected to serve at the GNSO Council representing the BC. I am also a registered Mediator. I specialize in online trademark issues, domain names disputes , e-commerce contracts, and complex litigation for foreign and local clients.
