3. Staff to inform the GNSO Council that, having done a straw poll of the WG membership, the co-chairs’ consensus view is that there is *no need for the WG to conduct a face-to-face session at ICANN57* and that it might be more appropriate to have such a session at ICANN58 and/or ICANN59 – DONE.
4. Staff to *work with the TMCH Sub Team* to see if a revised timeline for delivery of their work output is needed (based on the discussion with the Analysis Group on 29 July) – IN PROCESS.
5. Staff to develop a *Survey Monkey questionnaire* – to be circulated to the IPC (and possibly the BC, per a suggestion from a co-chair following the Working Group meeting) – to seek information about whether there may have been a “substantial pattern or practice” of infringing behavior at the second level by new gTLD registry operators – QUESTIONS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW BY CO-CHAIRS.
