Dear Mary, The change to 1700 UTC doesn't change APAC - it's still wee hours so you won't get participation from this part of the world for those. 0300 remains helpful for APAC. Best wishes, Heather On Sat, Jul 15, 2017 at 7:07 AM, Mary Wong <mary.wong@icann.org> wrote:
Dear all,
Reverting to our usual call rotation following ICANN59 has meant that our biweekly call time of 1600 UTC now clashes with the biweekly Registries and Registrar Stakeholder Group meetings. Following consultation with our Working Group co-chairs and in view of the overall GNSO community work calendar, we would like to seek your feedback on changing the RPM Working Group rotational call times as follows:
Calls for three consecutive weeks to be held on Wednesdays at 1700 UTC (i.e. a change from the 1600-1700-1600 UTC rotation); and
The fourth rotating call to remain scheduled for Thursdays at 0300 UTC (i.e. no change from the current practice).
Please let me know if you * cannot* make the new proposed times as a direct result of this change.
Thank you.
Cheers
Mary
