Please see pages 4-5. * The updated content for URS Recommendation 5-6 & Questions 3-4 is included on pages 13-19 * Per suggestions from Sub Group Co-Chairs, some minor formatting changes have been implemented: 1) “Public Comment Deliberation Summary” is now above “Public Comment Referred to WG” to allow readers to see the context of the flagged public comments before reading the details; 2) to make each recommendation/question more obvious, the boxes that contain the text have been colored in yellow and page breaks have been inserted to separate them into individual sections.
