Note: You will see that there is only one candidate – Jeff Neuman.  This is because we only received an Expression of Interest (EOI) from Jeff.  No other EOIs were received.

Just in case you all think "ah, that makes it easy", we still have the duty to judge if the applicant fills the criteria and requirements or not. Julf
