Hi, I wanted to underscore Julf's point by saying that the first GNSO liaison call for candidates (which was several years ago) also received only 1 candidate. The SSC made the decision that the single candidate was not qualified and reopened the call for EOI's. If memory serves, that's how we found Julf!
