No objections were raised on list, and therefore the SSC leadership team considers this recommendation passed by full consensus.  A motion recommending Jeff Neuman to serve as the GNSO Liaison to the GAC will be submitted to Council for consideration during the 21 October GNSO Council meeting at the AGM.
