Dear TPR WG members, Please find below the proposed agenda for the next call on Tuesday, 19 September 2023. Support Staff had an action item to propose some options re: full portfolio transfers (ICANN-approved transfers) for the WG to consider based on the group’s discussions to date. We thought it could be helpful to reverse engineer the discussions by proposing draft policy language from different threads of the group’s discussions. The idea would be to review the current language (in the yellow box) and then review the four options (in the blue boxes) and consider the pros and cons of each option. Remove the reference to fees entirely 2. Remove price ceiling (but allow for reasonable fee) 3. Retain price ceiling + add language for apportionment of fees 4.
