Hi Andy, The RAR (the entity that has the relationship with the customer), has both dates.. if the RAR added that date to its whois output, would provide a similar experience than what you’re describing here. When dealing with Amazon and other big Internet retailers, they let me know when they have shipped my order and the details of how the shipping company is handling my shipment even though I never enter into a contractual relationship with the shipping company. Yes, this might confuse some people but in general it is known throughout the industry as good customer service.
