Thanks again to all of you who squeezed our get together into their busy schedules earlier this week! Your dedication and commitment is highly appreciated!
As we discussed, I am sending you ToR v2. Please read it as a new document and see if it makes sense and addresses the comments we received. Also, you will notice that the document has not been fully developed yet and will need additional input from everyone.
Huge thanks to our excellent support staff for the outline document (attached) highlighting changes from the initial version.
I believe we will need at least one call to discuss how to move forward. Next week we will send out a Doodle poll to see which date works best.
