[Maria, agenda item, please!] Hi Alejandra, I'm happy to discuss this at the meeting, so, Maria, please put it on the agenda for next call. I understand and respect your concern, and personally I'm quite willing to lock it down to a specific day in the week. That would be better for me too, but there are a couple of obvious things that plays into this: * The PTI reports. We must allow the PTI ample time to produce the reports, and it's already a bit tight for them, so doing meetings _before_ the 15th is probably a non-starter. That doesn't prevent us from selecting a fixed day of the week, but it influences how we select that day. * Other members of the group. I'm perfectly fine with selecting a specific day of the week if we can ALL agree on one, but if we cannot ALL agree, my personal opinion is that it's better to rotate and share the pain, than to have one or two people be locked out entirely because we democratically chose the weekday they cannot attend. But we're a small group, so chances are that we can actually find something. (The bigger the group, the less of a chence.) Cheers, /Liman alejandra.reynoso@cctld.gt:
Dear All
Maybe we could discuss the schedule of the meetings in our next call?
- *Monday* 16 December (2019) - *Wednesday* 15 January - *Friday* 14 February - 09 March – ICANN67 Cancun, Monday, block 3 - *Wednesday* 15 April - *Friday* 15 May - *Monday* 15 June - *Wednesday* 15 July - *Monday* 17 August - *Tuesday* 15 September - 19 October – ICANN69 Hamburg, Monday, block 3 - *Monday* 16 November - *Tuesday* 15 December
I would really appreciate if we could have a fixed day of the week for our meetings, i.e. closest Thursday to the 15th of the month.
Today I got my schedule for classes next semester (January - May) and it will be: - Tuesdays 17:30 - 19:05 UTC - Wednesdays 14:40 - 16:15 UTC
Regarding the hour of the meetings, not sure what can be done 😅 Food for thought... Here is a map with what I believe are the extremes of this group. Sorry if I'm missing anyone. [image: CSC_timetable.png] This website is great: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html
Best regards, Alejandra

Dear CSC,
Now that we have a new group of CSC members, it was requested to try and see if a different time for the regularly scheduled monthly call could work. At the moment, we’ve met at 18:00 UTC (during daylight savings) and 19:00 UTC (end of daylight savings).
Please complete the Doodle poll below, noting that the meeting time will be set for the *year*, until the next AGM, or until otherwise noted.

Please complete the poll by next *Friday, 15 November* so that we may send the calendar invitation for 16 December.
Additionally, the draft schedule for 2020 is listed below. Please let me know if you find a potential conflict with any of the dates.
