Hi Selena, Thanks for the report, and happy new year (to all) With regards to the one breach in the report "Manual lodgment delayed due to holiday schedule" The commentary says this was a routine tech change and it was lodged at Xmas. My assumption is that even though this technically breached the SLA this did not cause any customer issue/complaint due to the nature and timing, would that be a fair assumption?
