Adjusting SLEs: calendar days vs. business days.
Hello! I have an action point to look at the PTI SLEs wrt. to interpretation of the unit "days", which currently is taken to mean calendar days. Some of the time spans are rather short, and during common holidays, the pressure on PTI can be seen as undue. I have combed the SLEs (appended) and suggest that we explicitly mark how each of them is to be interpreted. I suggest changing the ones marked in yellow. The ones in green are left unchanged. My criteria for my suggestsions are as follows: * When the unit is "hours" but the number > 24 so it turns into "more than one day", I have left it as "hours", because these refer mostly to automated systems which don't care whether it's Wednesday afternoon or Christmas day. * When the unit is "days" and the number < 10, I have clarified that it shall be interpreted as "business days". If the number is that low, a holiday has relatively big impact - bigger than if the number is high. * When the unit is "days" and the number >= 10, I have clarified that it shall be interpreted as "calendar days", as that is easier to measure for longer periods, and the impact of a holiday can be expeced to be minor. Please see this as food for discussion at the meeting on Wednesday. Glada hälsningar /Liman
