The following sections have been updated: * Requirements for Recommendation Drafting (p10): Updated this section to more accurately reflect the Bylaws language (shall vs. should etc.) * Definitions (p21): Replaced this section with a statement pointing to the Acronyms & Terms on icann.org, and the definitions in the IANA Naming Function contract. Please make any final comments or raise proposed changes by the end of your day on Tuesday 6 February. If no comments are received by then we’ll consider this document adopted by team consensus.
