These drafts incorporate additions made following input received during ICANN84 and following January’s GNSO Council resolution. As well as a redline noting changes from V4, I have also created a redline of the current published UDRP documents to make clear the extent of all our proposed changes to date. These updates are the result of substantial cross-functional staff collaboration and effort to implement the pre-UDRP decision arbitral pathway in a manner compatible with the GNSO Council resolution, the EPDP policy recommendations and the UDRP. While this took slightly longer than anticipated, we believe that we are very close to a final product. The goal, if possible, is to sign off on public comment for the updated UDRP during our meeting at ICANN85. With that in mind, we have arranged a longer meeting than usual tomorrow – 90 minutes – to allow for a thorough walkthrough of the latest drafts.
