[Narelle Clark] I hadn't realised that existed and I suspect I'm not alone there. We should therefore reinforce the fact it exists, and use it! If it fails after some more reinforcement, then we can abandon the system. Again, I think it gets back to the signal to noise ratio issue - items are being lost in the flurry of mails. Narelle
