Will there be transcription and translation in the closed portion of the meeting? If so, how will those be kept private?
No transcription, only minutes from the closed meeting, i.e. what I wrote below was "- First 45 min will be minuted but not scribed" and that was the intent... ;-) Patrik

All,
Here is an outline of the logistics for the meetings Thursday and Friday.
Look at the three issues below please!
Thursday 10:00-12:00, Los Angeles Room
- Two lines of mikes, one for old questions, one for new
- Two rows of chairs, one behind the other, for ICG members
- Me and Mohamed will not be on the chairs, but instead moderating with mikes
- Alissa on stage, opening, closing, running meeting etc
- Timers 2 min for everyone speaking after Alissa and operational communities introductions
- Remote participants might chat (text) and Alice will read the text
- Remote Hubs will be able to speak themselves, with fallback Alice read
- Alice will be at a table by the side of the stage
- Alice + Ergys + Patrik (at least) is in a Skype chat within which Alice let Patrik know whether remote participation is requested
Friday 0900-1730, Westside Room:
- First 45 min closed
- Microphones, translation during the first 45 min
- Alice and Ergys will be outside the doors stopping people from going in
- Remote participation for ICG members is possible (via bridge) first 45 min
- Approximately 5 min will be needed to change from closed to open meeting
- Scribe will be on one screen
- Other screen available for presentation
- First 45 min will be minuted but not scribed
