ICANN meetings have had groups as large as that in the front of the room before. It is not a big deal.
Not a big deal, ut will it be effective? I doubt that 30 people on stage at the same will achieve anything really positive. Maybe an alternative will be to have 1 rep from each stakeholder group on stage and have the others seat in the front row of the room. When presenting all will be present and other not on stage can be allow to react and speak if really needed. - a.

I do recognize that there is interest of having all ICG members on the stage for the full session. Even if in theory all 30 ICG members come...which will logistically be "interesting". :-)
I will come back with more information and questions when I know the actual logistics and for example how furniture is placed "on the stage".
