[Internal-cg] Apologies for the ICG Singapore meeting

Hi everyone, very unfortunately, and at the last minute, I cannot be with you in Singapore. I would not miss this meeting unless it was completely unavoidable, but I have been told not to travel at the moment. Please do accept my apologies.
