I'm ok with this approach and in the interest of moving forward I think Daniel's suggestion is good - we ought to decide on the +2 part for August. An electronic poll would be useful as it will take less floor time than a discussion on a conference call. I propose that we formally appoint these three people at an August teleconference so that we have chairs who can prepare the September f2f and preside in Alissa's absence.
