Minutes of 29 October teleconference
The minutes of the 29 October teleconference are now available on Dropbox at: <https://www.dropbox.com/s/zes1odsheh70t43/minutes-teleconference-29-october-...> Regards Sam
Hello Samantha, thanks for the draft minutes. When quoting me (or anyone else, for that matter) please give full family name; Sub or sub, or Coop or Bash or Fals, would seem derogatory. I also request a few changes as follows: "Subrenat noted that while listening to candidates’ presentations, it was difficult for the selection group to determine how valid the conflict of interest statements really were in legal terms. Therefore Subrenat asked that ICANN staff provide advice on whether the conflict of interest statements were satisfactory." Thanks, Jean-Jacques. ----- Mail original ----- De: "Samantha Dickinson" <samantha@linguasynaptica.com> À: "ICG" <internal-cg@icann.org> Envoyé: Dimanche 9 Novembre 2014 19:42:13 Objet: [Internal-cg] Minutes of 29 October teleconference The minutes of the 29 October teleconference are now available on Dropbox at: <https://www.dropbox.com/s/zes1odsheh70t43/minutes-teleconference-29-october-...> Regards Sam _______________________________________________ Internal-cg mailing list Internal-cg@icann.org https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/internal-cg
Dear Jean-Jacques I do apologise profusely for that. To enable greater speed when doing the live minute-taking with a broken finger, I've been using short forms of names and other common references. I had not realised I had omitted to correct the reference to your name. It has now been corrected on Dropbox. Regards Sam
Thanks Samantha. And do take care of your finger. Sam, I saw in the dropbox one place where "Sub" was still used, but maybe there is a larger issue with the sentence now:
o Subrenat noted that while listening to candidates’ presentations, it had struck him Sub that it was rather difficult for the selection group to decide how valid it was in legal terms that conflict of interest statements provided were. Therefore Subrenat suggested that ICANN staff provide advice on whether the conflict of interest statements were satisfactory.
Can that be taken care of? Patrik
This is now fixed. My lesson learned: double check I've saved all edits before closing the document! Sam On 13 November 2014 06:14, Patrik Fältström <paf@frobbit.se> wrote:
