Dear Jean-Jacques I do apologise profusely for that. To enable greater speed when doing the live minute-taking with a broken finger, I've been using short forms of names and other common references. I had not realised I had omitted to correct the reference to your name. It has now been corrected on Dropbox. Regards Sam
