Dear IOTF members, As you may have seen by now, I have cancelled all recurring IOTF calls for the future. As individual's availability changes from week to week, it has proven to be challenging to hold the call on the recurring time slots. Based on the conversation with Jonathan and Lise, we will have an IOTF call once a week going forward. ICANN will be sending out the doodle poll every Monday to run for 48 hours, then send out the following week's meeting invitation on Wednesday. The agenda will be circulated at minimum a day ahead of the scheduled meeting along with the dial-in information. Our next call (#8) will take place on Tuesday, 10 May, at 21:00 UTC and the meeting invitation has been sent to the IOTF members. I will be sending out the Doodle Poll on Monday, 09 May, to set the meeting #9's schedule for the week of 16 May. Please let us know if you have any questions.
