The report is ICANN's assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of its implementation of the program, and is intended to help inform a community review team's assessment of the application and evaluation processes. This document is intended to share ICANN's perspective on the execution of the New gTLD Program, but as part of the review, ICANN considered feedback from the many stakeholders who played a major role in the program, including applicants, service providers and other members of the community. With the draft report now published for public comment, ICANN is seeking additional input from stakeholders. It is a not-for-profit public-benefit corporation with participants from all over the world dedicated to keeping the Internet secure, stable and interoperable.
