Hi Dennis, Any review of Section 5 is wasted effort until we have the relevant DPA's required by the Phase on policy available to review also. The detailed "roles and responsibilities" defined in the DPAs are the foundation of the One Doc. So no meaningful public review of our IRT documents can occur until the DPAs are also available and finalized. The Section 5 is that last section in the policy language we have to complete our OneDoc for public comment.
So, we’ll get started while we await the DPT draft from that team because I believe we can get this done now.
We do plan on discussing this section at the IRT before closing it hence the due date past our next meeting.
