Hello Sarah and IRT, Thank you for your input; I completely understand that everyone is busy and schedule changes are disruptive. The schedule change was actually designed to save time for all. The only thing we had on the agenda this Wednesday was the RDAP Profile draft documents. Since the RDAP Profile documents are not yet available and are not expected to be available before this Wednesday, I decided cancel this week’s meeting. RDAP WG IRT members can confirm this but I believe the drafts are complete and the WG is doing a final review this week with an additional meeting this Thursday. If this is accurate, I believe we will receive the profile documents at the end of this week. Now, the reason for my asking for a meeting next week is this. While IRT could review the documents on their own, I thought it would be helpful to have a meeting for a Q&A to facilitate a more efficient review. With this in mind, let’s make the next IRT meeting tentative for now. When the RDAP profile drafts come out, I’ll ask the IRT about the value of a meeting. We’ll then decide to hold the meeting or not. I do want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the RDAP WG. As you will soon see, this is a significant undertaking and this gathering of experts have taken on the task voluntarily and have taken great care to provide a high-quality draft. I believe this complete and comprehensive work will make it easier for IRT to review. For this, I appreciate their efforts in taking one more look after they’ve completed the draft. It’s my judgement that one more week waiting for RDAP profile drafts does not materially impact our project schedule. I announcing now that we are resetting the Public Comment Opening date from 17 August to 24 August. We’ll resync all tasks to meet this new date but this does not have an impact on our implementation project timeline. Thank you all for your dedicated support.
