I would advocate for publishing the gTLD Registration Data Policy as agreed to at our 24 July 2023 meeting, or returning to the version that was posted for public comment. The PDP and IRT process was followed appropriately, and this is the outcome that the process reached. Our obligation is to implement the Recommendations as provided by the PDP WG; we can achieve that by moving forward with the compromise language on Urgent responses.
