Thank you, Thomas, for your prompt reply. Your participation is of course valued and it’s important that we have you at the meeting too. You and I have worked together for a long time, and I am gratified to say that they have all have been successful, and I am sure yours will be a voice of sound reason for our IRT. I’ve also received feedback from others of conflicts, and I suspect we’ll hear more after the weekend. So, to be proactive, we’ve been coordinating with GAC, and they’ve agreed to keep the meeting time as is. They asked us to arrange the agenda to have the Urgent Request discussion in the last 30 minutes of the meeting to which I agreed. With this email, please consider the ICANN77 IRT session to be confirmed as published originally – no change. I wanted to send you this note as soon as I can as I know t that many of you will be trying to accommodate the change request. Thanks again for your continued support and I look forward to seeing you next week on Wednesday. Greatefluy yours. Best, Thomas Von: "IRT.RegDataPolicy" <irt.regdatapolicy-bounces@icann.org> im Auftrag von "Dennis Chang via IRT.RegDataPolicy" <irt.regdatapolicy@icann.org> Antworten an: Dennis Chang <dennis.chang@icann.org> Datum: Freitag, 9. We’ve identified the new timeslot: Thursday, 15 June 15:30-17:00. The very last slot of the meeting. If no objection, we’d like to accommodate GACs request. As you know the Urgent Request response is an important Policy Requirement that has been discussed at many IRT meetings. Two-business days was the requirement published for Public Comment and based on the public comments, we changed that requirement to 24 hours. ICANN77 is meant to be our last meeting to discuss policy requirements before we publish in August 2023. It’s important that we use this public session in person at ICANN77 to hear from all for the last time. I hope that we can accommodate the GAC’s request, but I am checking with the IRT to learn if there is a reason for not doing so. Please reply before we make our request to the meeting team for the change. Thank you for all of your tremendous support and I look forward to -- Kind Regards, Dennis S.
