Dear IRT, In our clean up review to prepare for the Public Comment, we discovered another “drafting error.” It impacts requirements for Registrar Whois Server data element: collection, transfer, and escrow. We’d greatly appreciate IRT’s prompt review that are redlined in Sections 6.1, 7.2, 7.4, 8.4, and 8.5. The explanation for the change was documented as Drafting Error #2.
