Hi Mikey, I was in the IGO/INGOs WG and this documents reflects the changes we requested in the UDRP and URS in order to allow these organizations to claim their rights to their names and acronyms. I am studying the issue report and it seems ok, I'll let you know when I finish analyzing it, though I might miss a lot of it since I am no a lawyer.
