All Here is an updated draft of the ISPCP position on the ATRT report. The intention is to submit this to the ICANN Board to supplement the statement Wolf-Ulrich made to the Board during the Public Forum in Cartagena. My thanks go to Alain Bidron for preparing the initial draft.
