[ispcp] ASO review

I'd like to bring to your attention an interesting article by Milton Mueller re ASO governance (http://blog.internetgovernance.org/blog/_archives/2012/2/8/4994150.html?utm_...) based on the ASO review (http://www.nro.net/wp-content/uploads/120123-ASOReview-V49.pdf). BTW the review was elaborated by the former ICANN Board member, Raimundo Beca, e.a. I wonder whether this review is been brought to more attention of the ICANN community by a public comment period?
