FYI, our document pretty much says that as well. No fault of 5011 is implied anywhere. But, in a number of people (~6) we asked what they thought the minimum value was, no a single person picked a safe value. Hence the need for publishing this document as a piece of the missing companion document. -- Wes Hardaker Parsons
