Also just to confirm that DNS-OARC will be co-ordinating another of its DITL collection exercises during the rollover, with PCAP query data being gathered from all the root operators for the 48-hour window spanning the rollover. While this is unlikely to flag up immediate operational issues as it happens, it will give the community an archive and baseline against previous similar events, and for in-depth analysis after the event. Thank you for bringing this up. ICANN will certainly be monitoring and tracking reports of problems, and we hope that other organizations do so as well. This mailing list is a great place to coordinate such activities. If enough organizations are doing their own tracking in public, we can set up a public page to help coordinate.
