Estimados miembros WG Comunicaciones, El pasado lunes 22 de julio tuvimos nuestra segunda reunión bimensual, a continuación les comparto las tareas que nos hemos trazado para este segundo semestre del año y del cual Uds. son parte importante en la medida que participen, se involucren y logremos conformar un gran equipo de trabajo. Además adjunto el archivo con la presentación expuesta en la llamada. 1. Se conformaran dos subgrupos de trabajo, los cuales se encargaran con los cuales compartiremos las siguientes tareas: 1.1 Grupo de relaciones con ALS y WG de LACRALO 1.2 Grupo de redes sociales, WG de At Large y ICANN Solicito que formalmente y a través de la lista de correo manifestar a que sub grupo desean pertenecer. Estos son los Items de acción a que nos comprometimos como conclusión de la llamada. * Creación de cuentas en Instagram y Linkedin * Crear e iniciar con la publicación de un Blog mensual que incluya las actividades realizadas en sus regiones por las ALS, noticias que se generen dentro de la región y los grupos de trabajo, información relevante que se genere en At Large e ICANN y que sea relevante para la región. * Publicación constante en nuestras redes sociales actuales (facebook y twitter) * Promocionar entre la región nuestras cuentas de redes sociales para incrementar seguidores y seguidos, publicar información, compartir, retuitiar y demás acciones que nos aseguren una interacción con la región. * Contactar a los contactos de las ALS e informarles de estas iniciativas y motivarlos a compartir sus eventos y acciones en las redes sociales y blog de la región, con la debida protección a sus datos personales. * Contactar a los directores de los grupos de trabajo e informarles de esta iniciativa y motivarlos a compartir la información relevante que generen sus grupos de trabajo. Si no pueden participar de los subgrupos, igualmente es importante que compartan sus opiniones y apoyen de otra manera el trabajo de este WG. Agradezco sus aportes y comentarios a esta lista de acciones, con el fin de tener una efectividad en los objetivos propuestos.
