      Dear Sylvia:

I am emphasizing that the ALAC has made statements on travel support
before now that have been endorsed by LACRALO.  I am advising LACRALO
endorsement of the most recent statement on the matter being promoted
by the ALAC Chair because I believe it to be good and sufficient.
