Muchos miembros de nuestra región están ya en viaje a Netmundial, primero les deseo lo mejor allí y lamento no poder acompañarlos, la reciente paternidad hizo que mis prioridades cambien.
1) Lamento también no haber traído este tema antes y con tan poco tiempo, pero hubiese sido bueno que LACRALO haga una declaración sobre los documentos de Netmundial y los miembros representen a la región con un documento sólido, en vez de ir como individuos. Con la aclaración de que iba a ser difícil poder encontrar consenso en los comentarios quizás de todos los principios y demás documentos, pero el debate hubiera sido productivo. Sin embargo se pueden hacer comentarios aun ya que cierran el 21 de Abril a las 12:00 UTC. Ya se han recibido mas de 188 documentos de 46 países diferentes.

2) Asi mismo esta en periodo de comentarios públicos el documento del grupo "ICANN Cross Community Working Group on Internet Governance's Submission to NETMundial" que vence el 29 de Abril, Lo considero poco lógico ya que Netmundial será el 23 y 24 de Abril. No entiendo el verdadero alcance del grupo, ya que debería tener un trabajo preliminar listo antes de Netmundial y no posterior. Ojala alguno de sus miembros lo aclare en la lista (Olivier, Leon Felipe) Aca los demás miembros
