Dear Natalia, I was pleased to see several members of LACRALO on the ALAC call today and wanted to thank you for having publicised the call to your ALSes. I hope that the ALAC call was interesting, even when it was through an interpreter, which can sometimes make it difficult to follow, especially when people speak fast and talk one after the other. The discussion is sometimes also highly technical, so it is sometimes a challenge to follow for non-experts. I look forward to an increased involvement of RALOs and volunteers from ALSes in all working groups.
