Dear All: clearly the objectives of TEDIC are not completely the objectives of ICANN. However, I can see a good work in relation with the net neutrality, and aspects related with IP. In my point of view is a NGO who work well and hard in those items. On the other hand we have in our region many organizations very lazy, who say to be representatives of End Users and their work shining by absense. my two cents. Under the given May 5 be informed if the region performs or not a regional council for the association TEDIC-Technology, Education, Development Comunicacin Investigaciny Paraguay, is that I get in contact you to tell you the following facts
1) TEDIC-income present formal request
2) invite the representative of two monthly teleconferences TEDIC to converse with the region and not met any, for various reasons.
3) abriel wiki space for feedback and only one person from the region interactutbDNT 1>
4) In the first call was handled monthly Natalia Enciso theme conocaa manifestque representative and gave his favorable view.
Given these facts, I have only to say that I believe that the region has not investigated in a matter of finding out whether or not the association accredits (Cuestin that falls tambina ALAC), so I think LACRALO ARE NOT position to give advice to ALAC.
So if within 4 das, the region does not manifest for discuss and find out about the association TEDIC, proceed to inform ALAC the statements in this email, but unable to give positive advice or negative, only objective information that was collected from calls and the wiki.
