Dear All, ICANN has published the Draft Financial Year 2012 Operating Plan and Budget for public comment. ICANN's annual operating plan and budget describes the planned activities and required resources for the fiscal year based on ICANNs strategic objectives and community input. The Draft Plan and Budget includes several of the proposed At-Large (including LACRALO's) activities. A community call was held on 5 May 2011 with Akram Atallah and Juan Ojeda of ICANN Staff where the At-Large budget requests were discussed.
