De acuerdo a lo informado por los miembros del Grupo de Trabajo de Gobernanza de LACRALO, Sergio Salinas Porto y Vanda Scartezini, durante nuestra Reunión Mensual Regional de Lunes 20 Julio ( https://community.icann.org/x/XYVIC) se ha presentado la propuesta consultada a la región de las *Reglas de Procedimiento <https://community.icann.org/x/EgF1C>* como resultado de un proceso exhaustivo, detallado y minucioso de dicho grupo de trabajo.
Construida regionalmente, las *Reglas de Procedimiento <https://community.icann.org/x/EgF1C>* representan un paso más en la actualización de nuestros documentos institucionales. Es por ello que convocamos a dar nuestra aprobación regional por Consenso iniciando a partir de hoy a las 23-UTC y hasta el próximo Lunes 27 julio 2020 a las 15-UTC.
Si no hay una oposición significativa, estaremos incorporando nuestro nuevo documento. Por oposición significativa se entiende para estos fines si cinco (5) o más Estructuras de At-Large (ALS) están en contra de lo expuesto en el texto.
