Alberto, with all respect, even if you plants: not only that other organization that defines but also President and Secretary of LACRALO.
These directly represent the views of the region, whether due time I guess also make the query to the region to be supported by her in whatever decision they make, also are appointed by the region.
The course you raise is that these two members of LACRALO disagree with the view emerging from the region, represented by its President and Secretary. If they agree LACRALO would all represented.
You have to see and do not know, how LACRALO members that make up the Subcommittee Extension and Relationship choose, but this is a plus because of agree with President and Secretary no problem.
Greetings
Aida

Aida, although all members of Lacralo integrate the Subcommittee, the decision is being taken out of the Ralo. Imagine that many or all of your Als scribes, part of another organization. And that define the organization plan, implement, make appointments within the Als. Greetings Alberto Soto

Dear:
I would like to better understand the point in question. The transcribed text Humbert says:
"The leadership of LACRALO, in coordination with members of LACRALO Subcommittee Extension and Relationship, may appoint members of the region function as links, both with respect to the parties mentioned above, as on individuals or organizations that are possible candidates for At-large. "
Is questioned third parties involved in the appointment of members of the region that work as links. What the text says and understand:
In the appointment of members of the region function as links involved:
1.the leaders of the region, namely: President and Secretary of LACRALO.
2 LACRALO members that make up the extension and Relationship Subcommittee.
All are members of LACRALO.
Or is that misread?
Excuse me, suddenly to you the issue is very clear.
Greetings

Dear Alberto,
If you read in detail the document you will see that states the following:
"The leadership of LACRALO, in coordination with members of LACRALO Subcommittee Extension and Relationship, may appoint members of the region function as links, both with respect to the parties mentioned above, as on individuals or organizations that are possible candidates for At-large. "
The consensus involving some members of the Subcommittee LACRALO Extension and Relationship, Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement and the President and Secretary of LACRALO.
Unfortunately, we could not delay further the terms of the plan.In any case, were taken into account your contributions.
As point, a group discussion for another year strategic plan was formed.
Greetings

Dear Humberto, is progress. Just an observation:
- "... Either through leadership LACRALO or through designated as liaison members).". Please clarify this. Clearly LARALO leadership should first consult our region to achieve consensus. And besides, qauién designates the "designated as liaison members"?
This is the first quick observation.
Best regards

Dear,
After a heated debate and negotiations, it has reached a consensus on the Strategic Plan Extension LACRALO 2016/2017. They participated in this consensus LACRALO members of the Subcommittee on Extension and Relationship, Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement and the President and Secretary of LACRALO.
They have tried to take into account the views of all those who have spoken here in recent weeks. As consensus they have been incorporated suggestions from all those who have participated. However, we also understand that not all approaches have been taken.Nevertheless, we hope that this plan candidate obtains at least the minimum requirements that our region needs. The current plan will be found at this link:
