Estimados amigos, estoy despidiéndome luego de estos dos períodos como Presidente. Quiero agradecer a todos, sin excepción.
Sé que nos quedan temas por resolver, pero con seguridad ya están dados los primeros pasos para su resolución definitiva.
Solo me queda desearle a Humberto y Maritza, el mayor éxito en su gestión, y para ello, les pido a todos su apoyo para ellos, con activa participación y buena voluntad en las discusiones.
