He solicitado la traducción de este documento a los idiomas de la región para someterlo a ratificación de los miembros de la región. Lamentablemente, atendido a la brevedad de los plazos, no fue posible hacer una votación previa. Es por esta razón, que una vez que tengamos las traducciones respectivas, lo someteremos a ratificación por consenso o votación.
