Q 3? = From: sylvia@prontocl.com.br I agree with Fatima. These organizations are still not ALS. And the few resources that ICANN esttbNL> can provide the LACRALO are for organizations that are part of it. No doubt these new organizations podrn participate remotely, even imagine the recorded sertotalmente capacitacin Program, and podrn join the LACRALO in the meeting of 2015. Despite being in the process of certification, I agree to enter contact them and send all data and information necessary to participate remotely. These you mentioned organizations are civil society organizations (Some of them I'm not even sure what they are) not formally ALSes ALAC are certified and therefore not to LACRALO. ESTN traversing the certification process, but do not have an completed. And this is not something that depends on us but on ALAC. Therefore it does not seem to be part of the meeting in Costa Rica financed by ICANN because one of the options is that after ALAC not certified as ALSes. They are able to participate remotely from these meetings and be aware of what was discussed in Costa Rica. With respect to ISOC T & T, you and Tracy and go to reunin funded ICANN (not sure if Tracy is funded by ICANN or the Government of T & T, sorry for that), nor asque will comply with the requirement that ALSes must meet to participate in this gathering, that no longer ESTN be funded by ICANN sb Officer or member of Working Group or sb otherwise.
Saludos

Hello Jose and Dev,
This is a short note to confirm my discussion with Dev earlier today.
With regard to the internal LACRALO survey that was sent out to gauge engagement and participation by ALSes to this event, you would be well aware that there are several pending LACRALO ALSes. These include the Ecuadorian Association for Free Software, the National Association for Digital Inclusion, the Association for Notary Public Professionals in Uruguay and the Internet Society Trinidad and Tobago Chapter. These new ALSes are the ones that will gain the most from LACRALO's events as they are new without previous bias, require significant capacity building and come with a fresh perspective.
Whilst I do appreciate that there are budget considerations we must be careful not to prematurely cut-off inclusion. Therefore, I do hope that you will see the importance of factoring and counting these ALSes to join us at the table in Costa Rica.
Look forward to discussing this further tomorrow.
Regards
Cintra
