Personally I proposed this initiative in the meeting of Senegal, but I could never achieve. It's high time. The group will create a course by course "for ALSes nivelatorio" with order to be able to provide those organizations wishing to community at-large (LACRALO) and already accredited and feel the need for more information, a source and a sound basis basic knowledge that will enable them to cope with more naturally within the community. The group will have a deadline for finish the course content, which will be in July 2013.
