How they can do better? a) Improving the interconnection of staff members among themselves and the staff with the ICANN Board and the Boards of all SO + AC will allow them to better understand the different missions each one shall accomplish and act timely in other to accelerate their tasks with the community they shall serve. b) With the growing of the staff to deal of several new activities I could feel a lack of understanding and knowledge of what is going on in other areas specially from staff new members, like them are just working for a corporation but have no sense of the community they are there to serve. ALAC staff has better chance to be in contact with the concept of community but others, without this opportunity, looks like there had no training step about the philosophy, the ideas and principles this community was built.
