We are pleased to announce that the mediation process we have discussed in recent months is now underway.
In this email I¹m forwarding some initial communication from the mediation team to the entire LACRALO community.
As you can see from their email, the mediation process is aimed at exploring ideas and options to address the obstacles that are limiting LACRALO¹s effectiveness as a Regional At-Large Organization. To start the process, they will be conducting confidential interviews as well as a survey to all LACRALO At-Large Structure representatives.

Nos complace anunciarles que el proceso de mediación que hemos discutido en los últimos meses ha iniciado.
En este correo estoy reenviando comunicación inicial del equipo de mediación a toda la comunidad de LACRLALO.
Como pueden ver de su correo, el proceso de mediación tiene el objetivo de explorar ideas y opciones para atender los obstáculos que limitan la efectividad de LACRALO como una Organización Regional ³At Large². Para iniciar el proceso, el equipo de mediación llevará a cabo entrevistas confidenciales, así como una encuesta a todos los representantes de las Estructuras At Large.
