Therefore, we are opening the proposal agreed to by the LACRALO Group on Governance. Here is the proposal for this process: The positions to choose and the correspondent subregions are: Chair - MERCOSUR (SUBREGION D) Chair-Elect - CENTRAL AMERICA (SUBREGION A) Secretary - ANDES (SUBREGION B) Secretary-Elect - CARIBBEAN (SUBREGION C) ALAC Member - MERCOSUR (SUBREGION D) [Argentina Excluded] Member of the NomCom - CARIBBEAN (SUBREGION C) In cases where there is only one candidate, in any position, the candidate will be considered elected by acclamation and without further need for a vote. The vote will be open from Wednesday, 12 June 2019 16:00 UTC until Monday, 17 June 2019 23:59 UTC.
