Considered,  

Kevin Wilson, financial Director of the ICANN and Steve Antonoff, Director of 
the human resources of the ICANN, invite to them to attend one 
teleconferencing to discuss the bottoms for trips for the community 
AT-Large for aÃ±o fiscal that finalizes the 30 of June of 2010 (high frequency 2010). 

The objective of this call is to discuss the bottoms for trips for 
community for aÃ±o fiscal 2010. At the moment, the budgets of the ICANN 
asÃ that the Guidelines on financial aid for trips prevÃ©n

CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet (ICANN) 
they offer attendance so that 15 members of AT-Large and 10 representatives of 
Regional Organizations AT-Large (Thin) â •two of each RALOâ• travel a

aviÃ³n, ticos hotel and viÃ. 

With the purpose of being able to finance the General Assemblies partially, we

* Annual FinanciaciÃ³n of five General Assemblies (one of each OrganizaciÃ³n 
Regional AT-Large â •RALOâ•) under following tÃ©rminos and conditions: 

The CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet (ICANN) 
apoyarÃa until 40% of the members of Regional OrganizaciÃ³n AT-Large 
(THIN) â •without exceeding the 10 miembrosâ• for each General Assembly, in agreement 
to the following thing: 
Â·     The place of celebraciÃ³n of the General Assembly is decided in consultation 
with the CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet 
(ICANN) to assure that the place is econÃ³micamente viable with respect to 
the resources available, at the same time that participaciÃ³nfacilitates of 
Structures AT-Large (ALSes). 

Â·     The CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet 
(ICANN) pagarÃa by the room of reuniÃ³n in the hotel. 

Â·     The CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet 
(ICANN) pagarÃa by the necessary adjustments for âparticipaciÃ³n a 
distanciaâ. 

Â·     The travellers who receive the econÃ³mico support utilizarÃ nthe tickets of 
aviÃ³n of mÃ s low cost in econÃ³mica class. 

Â·     Lodging in hotel by two nights (that includes taxes but no 
incidental expenses) for the travellers who receive the econÃ³mico support. 

Â·     ViÃ ticos corresponding to two dÃas for the travellers who receive 
econÃ³mico support (which serÃ n established on the basis of the place in that

Internet (ICANN), including same asignaciÃ³n for tickets of aviÃ³n, 
ticos hotel and viÃ that before. 
* Annual FinanciaciÃ³n of five General Assemblies (one of each OrganizaciÃ³n 
Regional AT-Large â •RALOâ•) under following tÃ©rminos and conditions: 

The CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet (ICANN) 
apoyarÃa until 80% of the members of Regional OrganizaciÃ³n AT-Large 
(THIN) â •without exceeding a total of 20 miembrosâ• for each General Assembly, of 
agreement to the following thing:

with the CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet 
(ICANN) to assure that the place is econÃ³micamente viable with respect to

Structures AT-Large (ALSes).

It is our understanding that Regional OrganizaciÃ³n AT-Large (THIN) can 
to look for to coordinate its General Assemblies with other meetings in his 
regions, in order to maximize participaciÃ³n as much as reducciÃ³n of 
costs; whereas this is perfectly acceptable for the CorporaciÃ³n 
for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in Internet (ICANN), not constituirÃ 
a requirement.  

Of course, it is possible to think about other options; nevertheless, with 
proximity of  
reuniÃ³n of SeÃºl, the CorporaciÃ³n for the AsignaciÃ³n de NÃºmeros and Nombres in 
Internet (ICANN) imminently needs to count on the list of travellers 
approved, and the decisions that are taken with respect to before mentioned 
necessarily afectarÃ n so lists. At the same time, organizaciÃ³n of 
Regional General assemblies require 
notificaciÃ³n in advance as of the moment in which a city and 
date they have been chosen. For these reasons, we recommendedto him that it chooses one 
of the previous options. 

Some additional points to consider:
